To what extend did you plan your career?

Why did you apply for the position of being the artistic director of a production house in the first place? How do you relate to the artists you work with? What do you think defines the current generation of artists? Did you ever invite criticism in the organisation, into you job/position, away from this project? How do you keep yourself sharp in what you do? Do you ever feel like you are not using all your potential? You have children and a partner. How do you combine it with work?
